Loan signing fees are billed at a flat rate and includes document preparation, printing of both lender and borrower docs if E-docs (up to 100 pgs each), presentation of documents to the borrower, all signatures and notarizations, faxbacks (if required), document drop (Fed Ex or UPS overnight courier service with airbill must be provided), and travel fee
